Finn Taylor shoots Halima Aden, the new face and ambassador of Bottletop, a British sustainable luxury fashion brand that empowers women through the creation of fashion accessories in Brazil, Nepal and Kenya.
They are fighting for, raising awareness and money for the UN’s 17 Global Goals, created to achieve a more sustainable world by 2030. Halima is championing Goal 8 : Decent Work and Economic Growth. Having grown up in a Kenyan refugee camp, Halima resettled in America as a child, became the first Miss USA beauty pageant contestant to wear a hijab and burkini in 2016, signed with IMG a year later, and has become the first hijab-wearing model to grace the front cover of Vogue (twice).
